Take your cardio and strength to the next level. Located right outside of Wildly Fit this class combines athletic drills in a unique and novel way that will motivate you to finish hard and strong. The class focuses on circuit training drills that drive your cardio endurance up while keeping your muscles loaded for strength training.
Youth Fit Camp (ages 8-12)
Our expert instructors lead an intense, yet age-appropriate class geared toward the individual development of each athlete. This class is designed to put the FUN in FUNctional Fitness! Youth Fit incorporates kid-friendly muscle-toning, cardio, speed and agility exercises that encourage and motivate children while introducing them to innovative and fun new ways to exercise. This class is ideal for active children who are looking for a class that offers our youth a firm foundation for their future physical fitness.
TRX Workout (Indoor/Outdoor)*
Born in the U.S. Navy SEALS, TRX Suspension Training bodyweight exercise is a revolutionary method of functional training. Using a TRX Suspension Trainer™ and your own bodyweight, you can perform hundreds of different exercises and control the intensity by adjusting body position and angle.

Is a non-aerobic, muscle-toning class, focusing on core strength, using small exercise balls, bands, dumbbells, or a combination of everything.
